You just found out one of your buildings has had an emergency and all of your residents need to be contacted. What are you going to do? You don't have time to contact each resident individually or visit the building and knock on doors, which would take far too long.

Luckily there is a
solution that will save you considerable time.

Rent Bark is the Voice and SMS broadcasting solution that will save you time and money.

Let me explain.

Rent Bark has a
simple web based interface that you can use anywhere you have an internet connection. Upload your list of contacts, no matter how large, and store them in our system for repetitive use.

With the Rent Bark system, you can contact all your residents immediately or schedule for later use. That way you can save yourself some time for those calls you need to make each month.

Give it a
try today, you won't be disappointed.

Lets meet for a demo next week so I can show you how it works?

Bark you later,

BlackBerry has announced that BlackBerry Messenger will be released today for Android and iOS. The company originally planned to release its messaging app late last month, but those plans were abruptly pushed back when an early version of the Android app publicly leaked ahead of schedule. The company says that "about 1 million" Android users were using the unreleased version of BBM for Android, and BlackBerry is also claiming that more than 1 million iOS users managed to "side load" the app onto iPhone. "In the next few hours, people will start seeing BBM in Google Play, the App Store and in select Samsung App Stores," the company says.

But unfortunately it appears that BlackBerry is still very much concerned about an initial surge of users. It's implementing a registration wait list; upon opening the app, you'll have to enter an email address to reserve your spot. Anyone that signed up for information about the mobile apps at BBM.com won't have to wait, but new signups will have to deal with the virtual queue. Despite being despised by users, the wait list has become an increasingly popular tactic among startups. Still, it strikes us as odd to see BlackBerry using the strategy. "We are focused on moving millions of customers through the line as fast as possible," BlackBerry says. The company will be providing updates on "how quickly the line is moving" via its Twitter account. BlackBerry first announced that its BBM client would be going multi-platform in May.

Rent Bark was pleased to attend the Landlord 101 conference. Amanda Russell and her team did a great job organizing this event. Rent Bark's management team, Andre McNaughton and Ian Goodwin, educated the attendees about the power of voice broadcasting. Grecel Nepomuceno did a fantastic job photographing this event. I would like to thank everyone for their continued support and look forward to growth and new opportunities.

It's no secret that residents sometimes forget to pay rent on time. Life is busy and paying rent isn't always the first thing on their minds.

To a renter, paying late isn't a big deal. They don't know that their late payment means you may not have enough cash to pay the bills or the mortgage and you can bet they don't even consider your credit rating.

So, how do you get them to pay on time?

Many Property Managers choose to contact each resident to remind them. But that is a costly and time consuming endeavor that takes money and employees away from other needs for your buildings.
Introducing ...

... a Voice and SMS broadcasting solution that will
save you time and money.

Now you can send instant messages to all your renters with a few simple steps and save over 70% of your costs.

Quickly inform your residents of late payments or bounced cheques. Or use Rent Bark to notify your residents of maintenance visits and annual inspections.

The uses for this system are endless.

Over the next few weeks, we will explore the benefits of this great new service:

  • Simple to use, send messages anytime, anywhere, to anywhere!
  • Easy contact uploading
  • Detailed reporting
  • Schedule broadcasts for later use or make it recurring
  • Set your own Caller ID
